Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jakipzshop.com. Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we have a strict no returns, no refunds, and no exchanges policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances. This policy is in place due to the nature of the products, which are intimate and personal hygiene items. For your safety and hygiene, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on products that have been opened or used.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We may ask for photos or other proof of the damage or defect. If the product is confirmed to be defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement item of the same type and value, at no additional charge to you.

Important: This replacement policy applies only to products that are defective upon arrival. Once the product has been used, we cannot consider it defective or damaged.

3. No Returns for Change of Mind or Dissatisfaction

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the items we sell, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason, including if you change your mind, if the product does not meet your expectations, or if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

4. Missing or Lost Packages

Once an order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to deliver the package. We provide tracking information for all shipments. If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that are lost or delayed by the postal service.

5. Customs and Import Duties

As we ship internationally, please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may be levied by your country’s government. If your order is returned to us due to failure to clear customs or non-payment of duties/taxes, we will not issue a refund. In such cases, we may offer a partial store credit, minus shipping or any fees incurred, at our discretion.

6. Order Modifications or Cancellations

Once your order is confirmed, it is processed immediately. We cannot accommodate order modifications, cancellations, or changes to shipping addresses once your purchase has been completed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

7. Inspection Upon Arrival

We recommend that you inspect your package and product immediately upon arrival. If there are any concerns regarding defects or damage, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We cannot process claims for defects or damages reported after this period.
